The Experience Always Matters.

Jen Kuhn, Founder

“Personally and professionally, I’m drawn to the idea of people helping people. What I love about working with credit unions is that we work together to make that idea a reality. It doesn’t get much better than that!”

Jennifer Kuhn has more than 20 years experience as a corporate trainer and public speaker, working with credit union employees, coaches, and executives while they work to enhance their professional skills. She understands that managers want to lead strong teams but don’t always have the ability to do it. Jen is there with relentless energy and insight to challenge managers beyond the status quo. Her expectations are high while her approach is fun and down to earth. A credit union executive once stated, “If Jen can’t help you, you can’t be helped.”

Jen consults with credit unions throughout the US, and presents and implements topics in the areas of employee engagement, leadership development, performance management, sales and service culture development, train the trainer, team building, sales training, handling irate members, and much more.

Her unique approach to people combines humor and real world experience, which has made her a nationally recognized speaker and trainer. On most federal holidays, Jen can be found as the speaker at all-employee credit union training somewhere in the United States.

Originally from Detroit, Jen is an avid Lions fan and accepts condolence cards at the end of every season. Now living in Dayton, OH, Jen can be found hiking with her giant Newfoundland dog, hanging out with friends and family, or enjoying a really good glass of wine while binge-watching the latest Netflix series.

Jen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Dayton.
